1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
✔ Product is defective, damaged, or not functioning on arrival
✔ Wrong product received
✔ Missing accessories or parts
✔ Return request initiated within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been installed or show signs of use
- Opened CCTV kits, cameras, or DVR/NVR devices (unless defective)
- Items damaged due to improper handling or electrical issues
- Products without original packaging, manual, or accessories
- Custom installation services (non-refundable)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at [email protected] with photos/videos of the issue.
- Our support team will verify within 48 hours.
- If eligible, we will arrange pickup or request you to ship the product back.
4. Replacement Policy
If approved, we will:
- Replace the product with a new one, or
- Provide a store credit (if replacement is unavailable)
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued under the below conditions:
- Product is defective and cannot be replaced
- Order cancelled before shipping
- Wrong product delivered and cannot be exchanged
Refund Timeline:
- 5–7 working days for prepaid payments
- Refund issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or wrong.
6. Warranty
Most CCTV products carry a standard manufacturer warranty of 1 year.
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Water damage
- Burnt circuits
- Unauthorized repairs
